The New Edition of the Works of Ramon Llull (NEORL) presents critical, philologically sound editions of the Catalan works of Ramon Llull which are as yet unpublished, or published in imperfect form.
The NEORL Editing Committee, appointed by the Ramon Llull Patronat, deals with the scientific criteria of a venture that appeared in the last decade of the 20th century in order to finish and update the 21 volumes of the Obres Originals de Ramon Llull, ORL, published in Palma de Mallorca between 1906 and 1950.
The NEORL benefits from the extensive publishing experience derived from the nearly 30-volumes of the series Raimundi Lulli Opera Latina (ROL), published at the Raimundus-Lullus-Institut of the University of Freiburg-im-Breisgau within the Corpus Christianorum. Continuatio Mediaevalis since 1957.
The production and distribution of the NEORL's
volumes is handled by the Publicacions de l’Abadia de
